Job Description: Inside Sales/Customer Account Supervisor
Location: Claremont, NH
Position Summary: The Inside Sales/Customer Account Supervisor optimizes resources and ensures accurate, complete, and timely order fulfillment by overseeing quoting, and order entry processing, and traffic groups; tracks order to completion; enforces adherence to standard operating procedures and established practices. Develops ways to improve customer satisfaction while simultaneously enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness by working across the organization.
This position will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. In addition, develop ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. You will also occasionally have hands-on duties that will require mechanical aptitude/knowledge to better support the customers need.
Essential Functions & responsibility:
Our Inside Sales/Customer Account Supervisor is self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. They have strong prioritization and multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and display excellent verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport, build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.
Specific qualifications for this role include.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has direct reports and works primarily with the sales and marketing team but also cross-functionally within the organization.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel required: 10%-20% domestic travel.
Skills, Abilities & Competencies:
· Time management and organization
· Knowledge and proficiency of sales and marketing software (CRM, ERP etc.)
· Ability to prioritize department priorities and objectives in a fast-paced environment
· Adaptable / flexible
Required Education & Experience:
· BS degree in Business Management or Finance.
· Strong employee management abilities
· 5-10 years prior experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
· Solid understanding of commercial communication and negotiation
· Ability to influence and work collaboratively in a cross functional team setting.
· Ability to solve complex problems and think through both intangible factors in making recommendations to senior management.
Preferred Education & Experience:
· MBA or Master’s degree.
· 10+ years prior experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
· Expert negotiator and commercial relationship builder
· Strong business and organizational management skills
