Full-Time Front Office Administrator position with an active medical office in Portsmouth, NH.

Busy patient care facility looking for a self-motivated, organized individual. Excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as professional demeanor necessary with patients and referral sources. Attention to detail is a critical element of this position. Good command of computer software systems and databases.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Maintaining and managing electronic medical records
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and system
• Familiarity with insurance compliance and HIPAA regulations

Desired skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize and prioritize medically sensitive information
• High school degree or equivalent
• Competency using a computer

Previous experience in an office setting desired, but not required.
