We are looking for entry level candidates who have customer service experience. Although no experience is needed we do offer PAID training in wireless product knowledge, customer service, marketing and general retail management is provided. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.

This job DOES NOT entail working remotely, cold calling, or door to door sales. LOCAL CANDIDATES AND IMMEDIATE HIRE IS NEEDED!

Job Responsibilities:

• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge ranging from Apple/Samsung/LG.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner by providing outstanding customer service.
• Directs customers by escorting them to wireless display counter.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records and processing payments by totaling purchases.
• Keeps customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
