Required Experience:
3+ years relevant human resources experience, including basic knowledge/application of recruitment, employee relations, leave management and HRIS, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years Experience in Human Resources setting
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data transmission and knowledge of Web Employee Self-Service applications. Excellent oral and written communications skills, and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels of the University. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion. Strong analytical skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines. Ability to work in a team environment with a client service focus. Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of of MS-Office tools – Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
