Responsibilities
$500 Sign on Bonus!
Supervision and support of adolescents (individually and in groups) at all times; Assistance to each adolescent in working with a group and in handling individual problems; Administration of support and setting of limits for behavior; and documentation of the adolescent’s progress, identification of the possible need for professional services, and communication of such findings to professional staff.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years old.
Education/Experience Required: H.S. Degree or GED required and 6 months of experience working with children; associates degree and three months working with children; bachelor’s level degree in human services preferred;

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have the ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift and move constantly during working hours. The incumbent must be able to see and hear and have the mobility to access the house/campus which may include long distances or uneven terrain. The employee must be constantly alert for client safety.
