JOB SUMMARY
Aspirant RPO’s Relationship Director role is ideal for the recruitment professional who can apply their proven strategic leadership to Aspirant. The Relationship Director (RD) has accountability for Aspirant’s PowerSourcing client partnerships, from providing strategic direction to sourcing team as well as operational support.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sourcing Innovation, you will be responsible for successfully helping to drive the development of the PowerSourcing solution as the primary interface with clients from initial onboarding, relationship management and inspiring great performance from your direct reports. This role requires and encourages collaboration, development and empowers decision making. The RD successfully serves their team and customers by earning their trust and building strong relationships to achieve partnership goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management:
Manage the day-to-day design and implementation of recruitment processes and deliverables
Create onboarding project plans based on defined needs of project engagement.
Develop process documentation for onboarding processes for new client engagements.
Work to define clear performance goals and objectives for sourcing team members as required by client SLAs.
Support and collaborate with team leaders on proper team resourcing, performance management and client satisfaction.
Establish regular communications with direct reports through 1-1 meetings, attend manager’s team meetings and be involved in or other regular touch points.
Hold Team members accountable for utilizing established KPIs
Develop surveys for client satisfaction metrics
Client Relationships:
Employ a clear understanding of the Master Service Agreement and the formal and/or informal agreements, including the Statements of Work and drive adherence to client SLA’s and establish KPIs.
Responsible for generating and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for sourcers, researchers and other sourcing related roles.
Coordinates SOWs and other documents with legal.
Showcases an extremely high level of understanding and become fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with key stakeholders, organizational structure to further demonstrate recruiting competencies: “We always do the right thing, We do whatever it Takes and We Never Rest on the Status Quo”.
Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and work with sales leadership on additional growth opportunities, expanding the current scope of work-organic growth.
Operational Excellence:
Manages the resources and systems to track expenses, oversee budgeting process (tools allocation) with internal resources.
Manage internal resource allocation, and external suppliers as required to enable successful and timely delivery of the service
Review, streamline and provide process improvements for workflow
Ensure our service is measured, including surveys, meetings and that the needs of the client are clearly communicated.
Work with stakeholders/clients to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts, develop sourcing strategies and hiring plan to achieve specific business objectives
Build and sustain positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external organizations
Meet deadlines and deliverables for clients, checking in frequently and retooling if needed
Responsible for determining appropriate SLA’s and meeting those SLA’s
Participate in budgeting for projects and tracking budget expectations frequently and retooling if needed
Ensure that client expectations are being met and exceeded (e.g., scope of work, service level agreements, metrics, etc.),
Strategy
Develop new, innovative, scalable and effective end to end experiences to provide Power Sourcing products and services
Leverage technology to improve processes to decrease overall time to fill and total cost per hire
Oversee and at times lead the negotiation of terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, and establish and communicate contracting timelines
Leads monthly cross functional meetings to review project status, product and service delivery, new product ideas and concepts, and share best practice pass downs
Identify possibilities to innovative and scale PowerSourcing services
Catalog best practices resulting from successful engagements
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams from a talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems and social media tools.
Strategic thinking capabilities
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
