Responsibilities:
Review profiles and resumes of potential candidates located in in databases, ATS/CRM and other systems
Determine candidate suitability by assessing relevant experience, education, and skills which match client job requirements
Create robust candidate pools and pipelines who hold the necessary experience, skills and competencies
Initiate contact with matched candidates through omni-channel outreach campaigns including email, text/SMS, social media and telephone cold calling
Reply to emails from candidates responding to recruitment outreach
Provide top quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Make and receive calls from candidates responding to recruitment outreach, screen candidates, present them to client
Engaging with talent and maintaining relationships over time
Proactively elicit referrals from cold calls
Complete accurate record keeping of activities and workflows
Collaborate with PowerSourcing Research Team and other team members
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Two plus years business experience.
Dexterity in engaging cold prospects.
Ability to take clear, detailed notes on candidate qualifications
No fear of the telephone, able to make cold calls to passive candidates
Sufficient business acumen to be able to qualify candidates to be presented in slate of deliverables.
Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel and Outlook
Comfortable with the use of technology
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Skilled in written and verbal communications
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Human Resources and/or recruiting experience
Experience screening applicants is preferred
Outstanding persuasive communication skills
Able to shift and change priorities quickly while maintaining a positive mindset
