HR SME/Business Partner
This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities. We are looking for someone who is good at diagnosing clients’ needs and finding a way to satisfy them, has strong communication and presentation skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. Consultant will be detail oriented, transparent, conscientious (always follows through on commitments), analytical and curious (a learner by nature).
The Senior HR Consultant will administer HR functions and monitor organizational information needs, making recommendations on policy, process, practice, and/or system changes when appropriate and supported by data.
Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area(s) within the department(s), which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:

30-60-90 Day Goals
Within 30 Days
1. Complete review and evaluation of NewWave bonus plan and associated performance & goals processes.
2. Learn the NewWave business and develop HR strategy to support business, including leading the weekly operational meetings with identified NewWave leaders.
3. Conduct HR team member interviews to discover team gaps and opportunities for optimization and additional support.
60-90 Days
4. Lead and develop at least two policies
5. Learn NewWave program and provide consultation on identified people issues/proposed organizational changes, including the development of communications to support proposed changes in partnership with other HR Generalists/People Ops Partners and program leadership
90 Days and Beyond
6. Complete assessment of HR Function/Generalist responsibilities and opportunities for re-alignment. Prepare a written report.
7. Audit current employee relations practices, career paths, titles, job descriptions to identify opportunities to strengthen employee relations practices, present findings to NewWave leadership.
8. Complete analysis of career paths, present finding to NewWave leadership
9. Recommend, refine, and implement additional NewWave policies as directed.
10. Refined Legal Agreement with Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Competition provisions.
