Title: Marketing Coordinator

Hourly Range: $24.00 USD to $28.00 USD

Location: Onsite Chino, CA

Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Assists with graphic design for packaging, point of purchase, presentations, events and other marketing assets.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and marketing campaigns.
• Design digital assets and other alternative marketing materials as needed for digital advertising campaigns, social media, email marketing and internal communication.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining all brand websites, content, social media, advertising and email marketing.
• Working with external agency, retail customers, and service providers to execute marketing campaigns, events, and online activities.
• Monitor and maintain social media channels, influencers, ambassadors and brand partnerships.
• Analyze competitive landscape to assist with marketing planning and go-to-market strategy.
• Supports sales, merchandising, quality, research and development, and customer service staff by providing marketing assets, customer sentiment, content creation, website troubleshooting, and more.
• Support international sales and support teams with marketing content, online updates, packaging files, etc.
• Promote and participate in employee events, activities, and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or similar field.
• 
  2 – 3 years previous graphic design work experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is a must.
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Great oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into marketing language.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, excels in handling multiple projects within deadlines, and is self-motivated to work independently with minimal guidance. Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their successful completion while maintaining transparency and open communication.
• Software knowledge including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Hubspot, Shopify and other online marketing platforms desired.
• Have an in-depth understanding of marketing concepts with some experience developing marketing plans.
