Job description
Position Summary: Responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations, market growth, metric compliance, and inventory.
Essential Job Duties:
- Select best possible candidates to fill open technician positions
- Technician Development – train, coach and mentor technician staff
- Conduct Quality Inspections on closed work orders
- Accountable to meet and exceed all market performance metrics, work order completion and high quality of work produced
- Safety Management, including but not limited to, promoting safe habits and up-training on new safety policies
- Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by Next Solutions and its customers
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years installation management experience REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior field service management experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Proven leadership skills with managing a team of up to 20 direct reports
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities to ensure optimum results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
