The Manager, Learning and Development is focused on individual, team, and organizational development, with a focus on leadership, toward the goal of advancing college outcomes. This position reports to the VP, Operational Effectiveness and performs specialized, complex, and multi-dimensional leadwork. This role works closely with the People Team to design systems, processes, and development initiatives to support the cultural and operational strategies of the College. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of, and ability to apply, organizational development theory and principles for the design, development, and delivery of effective organizational, team, and individual interventions; an understanding of talent management and development theories and concepts. As an organization that views the development of its employees (collaborators) as essential to its success, this person will lead efforts to support our business strategies to that end.

This position is required to attend new employee orientation in person for one week in Salt Lake City, Utah. All travel and lodging accommodations will be paid for by the organization.
