OBJECTIVE
Responsible for providing administrative support for Human Resources department, including, recordkeeping, assistance in recruiting, full cycle preemployment, new employee orientation, onboarding, and special projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Gather appropriate preemployment paperwork for all perspective new hires and verify accuracy
· Communicate frequently with management on candidate backgrounds, motor vehicle records, and drug and alcohol test status
· Coordinate pre-employment screenings and communicate with candidate
· Process background checks and monitor vehicle results for completion prior to hire date, as well as communicate completion to candidate.
· Coordinate and present new employee orientation
· Assists with the coordination of new hire orientation and all required documentation
· Works directly with Payroll, Support, and Underwriting teams to ensure New Hires are setup accurately within all systems
