Create like crazy:
•Demonstrated ability to design for: mobile-first landing pages, email, in-app designs and social media
•Concept with the Director, Brand Creative (who will be your copy counterpart
•Own our visual brand and move it forward
Have an point of view:
•Provide brand and subject matter expertise to collaborate with other departments and tackle challenges; developing creative solutions
Be a thinker:
•Understand, help, influence and check what the writers put on the page to help QC and optimize creative
•Help develop creative test plans/ provide input on strategy
•Be a proactive problem solver who can apply strategy, data analysis (insights provided), business goals and critical thinking to all portions of Marketing
•Manage and prioritize your workload
Requirements
•3+ years of design experience
•Show us some cool stuff you’ve concepted in the past
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
•Demonstrate proactive attitude, diplomacy skills, solve problems and put out fires
Ability to collaborate with developers (prep files correctly for handoff)
•Take feedback well; enjoy being be a student and teacher
Nice-to-haves
•Startup experience
•Credit card, money category, FinTech experience
•Experience with in Figma, Webflow, Braze, Motion graphics
•Past UX/Product team collaboration
