Recruiting duties include, but not limited:

• You will collect and analyze data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
• Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
• Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers.
• Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
• Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine next steps for the candidate.
• Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.

Human Resources duties include but not limited:

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
• Advise and assist employees with understanding human resource policies and procedures.
• Respond toinquiries and requests from employees.
• Act as an advocate for employees.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required preferred but not required.
• Must be Bilingual: English/ Spanish
• At least five (5) years of human resources or related experience required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience.
• SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Physical requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Minimum physical requirements for this position. At times might need to handle certain responsibilities of the IL office/ Warehouse.

• Minor cleaning (kitchen / office) if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
