Aerial Foreman

Performs a variety of duties related to the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of aerial / overhead facilities. Position is full time and located in central Indiana working for a prime contractor with great benefits, and newer equipment! We have several pay options available- Salary, hourly, W2, 1099, and production pay. Starting pay based on experience.

Qualified candidates will have:

Advanced knowledge and skill level in all aspects of aerial telecommunication construction.

Proven ability to lead and teach members of a crew.

Must have effective verbal & written communication skills. Understands and practices safety and quality management best practices and procedures.

Must be able to read blueprints/job plans and construct project according to the plan and specifications. Must be able to effectively schedule and lay out the work. Must be able to accurately track and report daily production.

· Requirements:

·AT&T Experience

· Minimum 5 years of experience.

· Experience in OSP Fiber and telephone placing and repair

· Bucket truck certification is a plus

· Proficient in all aspects of setting new poles/removing old poles

· Job includes using bucket trucks to Lash and De-Lash Existing & New Cable.

· Job includes using digger trucks to place and set new poles.

· Prepare daily production log.

· Be proficient in pole climbing and working from Hooks/Gaffs.

· Ability to climb poles and work at heights up to and exceeding 30 feet.

· Experience following customer plans/blueprints

· CDL License Required.

· Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

· Installation and network upgrades experience a plus.

· Understanding emergency restoration protocols.

· Install and Remove poles, down guy/anchor, sidewalk arms, and guy guards.

· Experience in Pole Transfers all types.
