Medical records clerk works as part of the medical office team performing medical records duties for patients, providers and staff following established standards and procedures.

Job Duties:

• Scan all in-coming transfer of patient records
• Maintains confidentiality in all responsibilities
• Retrieves, routes, and re-files all patient records as requested
• Performs other duties as assigned
