Job Description
The ideal Recruiter is an effective team collaborator, problem solver, improvement guru, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day to the organization. This position delivers high quality candidates for our Technology team, while guiding hiring managers and applicants through the selection process. This individual will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and sourcing channels.
A day in the life…
Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions and effectively utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
Facilitate background checks, offers of employment, and hiring steps
You own this if you have…
3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate envionment
Experience recruiting for Technology/IT required
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels of positions, especially exempt positions from individual contributor to executive roles
Extensive use of automated applicant tracking systems
Strong sourcing skills and experience with various sourcing channels, including direct sourcing techniques
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
