Hiring Bonus: We are looking to attract the best talent in the market and this hiring bonus is a nice perk for the great people we are looking to hire! The bonus will be paid out in monthly installments. You will get paid out $1,000 at two-weeks of employment and then $1,000 each additional month of employment with Norhart until you hit the max of $4,000 total!

As a Carpenter, you play an integral role in creating the quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail oriented, and communicate effectively. Exceptional candidates are those who are driven, love to work hard alongside their team, have excellent leadership skills, and are dedicated to teaching others.

o This will be added to their first paycheck from Norhart
o Gross pay means before taxes
o High level… if someone passes the trial period and remains employed for 3 ½ months, they will receive the full hiring bonus of $4,000
We pay at the top of the market! We consistently monitor pay ranges in the industry and we choose to pay at the top of the market because we want the best people working here! From Apprentice 1 all the way through Journeyman, we make sure our employees are well paid!
A) Journeyman – $38.00/hr.
B) Apprentice 4 – $34.00/hr.
C) Apprentice 3 – $29.00/hr.
D) Apprentice 2 – $26.00/hr.
E)Apprentice 1 – $23.00/hr.
