Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports all aspects of the School Departments fiscal operations including: budget development and management, accounting systems and practice, fiscal analysis and financial reporting (local, state and federal)Prepares reports and financial analyses and forecasts to inform School Committee decision makingManages financial reporting requirements with the Department of Education regarding end-of-year report data, per pupil expenditure data, reimbursement under Chapter 70, etc.Oversees fiscal management of all grants, revolving accounts, and District BudgetOversees all business functions, including accounts payable and receivable and collection of paymentsMaintains payroll records, develops payroll forecasts, and supervises payroll disbursementHR: Salary calculations, meeting with new hires, coordinates benefits, processing new hire paperwork, FMLA, sick and personal time, etc.All other duties as requested by the Superintendent
