The ND Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a User Acceptance Testing Analyst for its Economic Assistance Division.
As the User Acceptance Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for user acceptance testers for the Self-Service Portal and Combined Eligibility System (SPACES), through the development of requirements traceability matrix and test cases, prepare test data and test conditions, execute application, batch and interface test cases, capture and report results using approved tracking tools, manage defects from inception through resolution, coordinate user acceptance test activities with UAT Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software quality testing of a large enterprise system. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively, and have demonstrated the ability to communicate with all types of people. You must have strong communication and relationship building skills to improve the quality of the product being delivered to the end users.
