What is the job?

North Florida Surgeons P.A. is looking for a hardworking and out of the box HR Assistant! Do you have a hands on experience with dealing with lots of data entry and confidential matters? Are you detailed oriented with great interpersonal skills?

North Florida Surgeons, P.A. is a growing, unique company! With over 500+ employees, over 75 Surgeons, several offices throughout Florida and the Pan Handle.

What are your responsibilities?

• Support the daily operations of the HR team
• Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information (Paylocity)
• Track employee progress within the onboarding program
• Arranging meetings and maintaining calendars
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files
• Running reports as requested
• remaining confidential at all times
• Other duties as assigned

What do you need to become our next HRA?

• 6 months – 1year proven track record of recording of executing HR-related tasks
• Hands on experience working with MS Office, and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Ambition- you want to grow with the company and in your role!

This role will be a hybrid role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
