North Inc Hiring for Warehouse Coordinator at San Diego, CA Full Time

We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Coordinator. Candidate MUST HAVE previous experience in warehouse management. We are looking for a quick learner, with the ability to work individually as well as with a team. Must have a desire to and drive to learn!

Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our operations team. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. From inventory management to coordinating shipping and receiving, the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse processes.

A Warehouse Coordinator completes various management, organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s ordering and shipping processes. Their duties and responsibilities often include:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing equipment based on project and service needs
• Track equipment to keep up with ETA’s, backorders, cost changes, discontinued parts
• Receive equipment and PO’s and stage equipment in the warehouse for technicians
• Ship equipment out for repair or to other locations as needed
• Communicate with other departments and team members on equipment statues for installation timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Manage equipment leaving the warehouse with technicians for jobs and service
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and efficiency while establishing warehouse practices and protocols to achieve these efficiencies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology tools to streamline operations.

Bonus if you have experience in the below:

• Purchasing / ordering from multiple vendors
• Create PO’s and order equipment based on project timelines
• Process RMA’s for service and installations
• Inventory price list management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
