Process and deliver accurate and on-time paychecks to employees.
Process, review/file and deliver reports to employees, managers and government agencies.
Process garnishments.
Maintain records and respond to audits.
Review missed punch report.
Accurately export hour and wage files to payroll system.
Maintain and revise export formats for multiple companies/systems.
Verify schedules and maintain integrity of database through various system checks.
Work with and educate property contacts for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in the creation and rollout of new/updated personnel policies, procedures and forms.
Responsible for data entry and data maintenance in HRIS including, but not limited to, processing new hire information, pay/employment changes, personal information changes; researching and resolving HRIS user questions; uploading and auditing employee files; produce requested reports.
Respond to requests for verification of employment for current and former employees.
Process unemployment claims conducting research to determine validity of claim and respond to unemployment claims administrator.
Assist in the development, implementation and the delivery of training programs to supervisors and managers, as needed

Qualifications:
Must have previous experience with ADP and operate at an intermediate level or above
Knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processes required
Experience with a time and attendance system
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate experience with Excel
Excellent 10-key skills
Ability to work in a fast pace, time-line driven environment
Ability to: Maintain confidentiality, Maintain a professional appearance at all times, work as part of a team, communicate effectively, work with minimal supervision, with a great level of attention to detail, work well under pressure, and pay close attention to details in correspondence, reports and daily organizations.
Understanding of HR processes and data.
Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
