To be eligible, you must have Memory Care experience, preferrably in Assisted Living.
Major job functions include: assisting with providing activities of daily living to residents including personal cares of bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, dressing, oral hygiene, shaving and grooming. Transfers residents as needed, assists with toileting. Answers all call lights.
Qualifications:
Must have completed a state approved Nursing Assistant course and have current State of Minnesota certification/registration to practice. Must be responsible to meet the needs of our residents in a safe and caring manner. Follows established policies and procedures and uphold the Resident Bill of Rights. Must be able to organize time and prioritize resident care needs. Exercises confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
