Job Discription
The Clinical Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the College and all clinical agencies. The Clinical Coordinator is expected to be a decisive leader with superb time management and organizational skills. This position will provide leadership and direction by making decisions and solving complex problems which impact staff and students. Excellent communication and verbal skills are required as the Clinical Coordinator is in daily communication with students, staff, and clinical partners in our community. This individual should be able to work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to emergency situations and last-minute changes. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator ensures student and faculty compliance with all regulatory and clinical site-specific requirements. The Clinical Coordinator is expected build effective working relationships through meaningful collaboration and respectful communication to ensure operational needs are achieved.

Physical Demands:
6-8 hours: grasping, performing repetitive movements, working indoors
4-5 hours: sitting
1-3 hours: balancing, bending, reaching, standing, twisting, walking
Less than 1 hour: climbing, crawling, driving, kneeling, pulling, pushing, working at heights, working in temperature extremes, working outdoors
Lifting and Carrying:
Less than 10 pounds: 10-15 repetitions per hour
10-20 pounds: 1-10 repetitions per hour
20-50 pounds: less than one repetition per hour
50-100 pounds: less than one repetition per hour
More than 100 pounds with help: less than one repetition per hour
Additional Physical Requirements:
Vision: Adequate with aid to read instructions, labels, documents, computer screens, and differentiate between colors.
Hearing: Adequate with aid to understand oral requests, telephone conversation, and PA systems.
Required Employee Program and Safety Training:
Emergency Action Plan, Emergency Procedures, Ergonomics (Office/Workplace), Slips, Trips and Falls, AED/CRP (optional), Fire Extinguishers (optional).
