SUMMARY

Working under general supervision and with moderate difficulty, this position is responsible for providing information to individuals eligible for or receiving Medicare and Medicaid benefits, to assist them in making educated health care coverage decisions that best meet their needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma / GED; and two years’ experience in a Medicare or Medicaid related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Physical Activity: Frequent listening, talking, sitting, finger use, and repetitive motion. Occasional standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping.
