The pay range for this position is $79,680 to $119,520 depending on experience.

LOCATION:
This position is located at the Saltchuk Aviation Shared Services office in Seattle, Washington, and is eligible to work on a hybrid basis.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Saltchuk Aviation team is looking for an enthusiastic leader who will bring advanced business tools to aircraft maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics. This role will support Tech Ops teams to identify, implement, and support technology necessary to reduce cost, increase operational reliability, and improve productivity. We are on a Continuous Improvement (CI) journey, and the incumbent will play a key part in building a problem-solving and learning culture. This position reports to the Vice President of Technical Operations. This position is based out of our Seattle office with moderate (~25-30%) travel required and a flexible hybrid schedule.
