Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Manager 3, Manufacturing Operations for our Engineering Labs and Resources. The chosen candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Operations Engineering Leadership Team with functional management responsibilities. The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be focused on leading a team of Supervisors and highly skilled Technicians (SEA Union), as well as managing the Engineering Lab Facilities at our BWI facility.

The chosen candidate must have excellent communication skills, and must be organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a dynamic team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or 7 years with a Master’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or managing projects or personnel, including resource management
• Must have a working knowledge of SAP-MES, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline
• Experience managing in a union environment
• 7 or more years of experience leading and managing projects or personnel, including resource management

MANUMS

Salary Range: $134,800 USD – $202,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
