Position Description
The Mammography Technologist I will be responsible for operating Mammography equipment to acquire or produce images to obtain a diagnosis.
The Mammography Technologist I will be responsible for operating Mammography equipment to acquire or produce images to obtain a diagnosis.
The ability to perform all types of mammography studies to include needle localization and ductograms is required. The Mammo Tech will work in areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision.
Position Requirements
Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Certified in Mammography (who will be within 1 year of hire) meeting requirements to perform mammography as defined in the ACR/FDA/MQSA standards.
License/Certification Requirements: Yes
Work Hours: M/W/F 8:30a-5p
Weekend Requirements: No
On-Call Requirements: No
