Can you architect a perfect solution, step back and figure out a much faster but imperfect way to get the project done while still meeting the requirements? We use whatever technology works and like to experiment to find new tech to keep us ahead but our current core tech stack is Salesforce/Apex, C#, Postgres, Node, and a sprinkling of mobile iOS/Android.
We invest in our developers – we encourage regular study by providing on-the-clock time for self education and pay for certifications that are applicable to our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience
- A balanced approach between good architecture and getting things done
- Advanced OOP understanding
- Asynchronous programming experience (able to plan for deadlocks, race conditions, etc)
- Git fundamentals
- Flexible – willing to pivot in a pinch
- Passionate about programming
- Collaborative – happy to plan things out in productive design meetings
- Reliable – steady and ready to work Monday-Friday
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. This position requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
