Large medical practice with approximately 180 employees looking to hire an Human Resource Manager. Responsibilities will be: supporting and develop HR systems, provide counseling on HR policies and procedures, help to recruit, create onboarding plans, develop training programs, track yearly compliance, complete payroll and yearly insurance open enrollment, support management with employee issues, maintain all employee records and other tasks as needed.
Requirements for the position are as follows: 8-10 years experience in an HR Management role, knowledge of HR functions such as pay/benefits, recruitment, training, etc, understanding HR laws, excellent organizational skills and problem solving skills, strong ethics and reliability, HR credentials
