As our PX Generalist, you have a crucial role in the success of Nuvia. Your role is to care for the
overall wellbeing of all Nuvia SML MKRs and contractors within the network. The ultimate goal
for everyone at Nuvia is to provide an exceptional patient experience or support the patient
facing teams who do so. We all work together to deliver the highest level of patient experience
by delivering permanent teeth within 24 hours and do so through innovation, teamwork,
operational excellence and being obsessed with our patients.
Responsibilities:
●Communicate Core Values, opportunities and general employment brand messaging with
the community, potential future team members and Nuvia’s existing network
●Encourage, respond to and manage employer reviews across all platforms
●Welcome, recognize and spotlight SML MKRs to ensure everyone feels appreciate and
connected to the brand
●Communicate general PX messaging with SML MKRs
●Provide support to teams through process education regarding mediation and conflict
resolution
●Conduct, measure and communicate results from periodic surveys to measure satisfaction
and engagement of our teams
●Receive and track progress on Performance Development Plans
●Oversee, communicate and manage results of Performance Reviews
●Conduct effective exit interviews and communicate results affected parties
●Tactfully process grievances and complaints submitted by SML MKRs on behalf of the
company
●Encourage and ensure proper documentation is received in all matters related to PX
●Process relevant portions of claims made to state and federal agencies
●Contribute to PX team to hit goals, targets, deadlines and initiatives
●Monitor state and federal laws to ensure compliance within department
Requirements:
Be available for questions during normal business hours
2. Protect and defend the company and fellow SML MKRs at all times

Network

7. Effectively communicate across all departments at Nuvia
8. Navigate difficult conversations and always communicate with clarity and kindness
9. Be available to quickly act on time sensitive situations that may arise
10. Be self driven to complete tasks and ask questions when something is unclear
11. Develop and refine all processes related to position for continued growth
12. Document all processes of the PX Generalist position
13. Track and report metrics specific to responsibilities listed above

The biggest challenge in this position is the ability to stay organized, driven and set your own priorities is a must. The ability to be VERY professional and well spoken.
