NWF Health Network Hiring for HR Assistant at Pensacola, FL Full Time

THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED AT ANY FACILITY IN CIRCUITS 1, 2 or 14 WITHIN THE NWF HEALTH NETWORK SERVICE AREA.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This positions reports to the Human Resource Manager and provides clerical and administrative assistance in human resources activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:

• Maintains records in human resources system that meets top management information needs.
• Assists Human resource Manager with the recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
• Assists in planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
• Assists in prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Maintains personnel files and records in an orderly manner that meets funder and employment law requirements.
• Process personnel action forms, including the calculation of bonuses and merit increases.
• Report personnel action changes to outsourced payroll provider, including performing a bi-pay period edit report analysis to insure accuracy of pay rates. Perform these functions timely to help insure the integrity of pay rates prior to payroll processing.
• Assist in the annual open enrollment for benefits, including coordination with third party payroll vendor for appropriate completion of forms and scheduling enrollment dates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Time management skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Previous experience with automated payroll/HR systems

· 2 years previous human resource related experience

PREFERRED:

· Proficient in use of Excel Spreadsheet and accounting software.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
