We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Box Truck Driver’s Helper. The ideal candidate will be able to assist our box truck drivers in delivering and loading products and supplies to customers in a timely and safe manner.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the box truck driver in safely loading and unloading products and supplies from the truck
Carrying and placing products in the delivery location as directed by the driver
Verifying delivery information and completing delivery documentation
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the truck and delivery equipment
Assisting with minor maintenance tasks on the truck as needed
Communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and early mornings
High school diploma or equivalent
