NXP Semiconductors Hiring for Marketing Project Manager at Austin, TX Full Time

In this job, you’ll work closely with our creative and operations teams to manage workflow, prioritization and execution of projects to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met within project scope and timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external creative teams, clients and production partners throughout planning, creative development and production
• Oversee project lifecycles
• Interface with key project stakeholders to understand requirements, audience needs and make recommendations accordingly
• Coordinate and facilitate project assessment and kickoff meetings
• Act as a strong brand advocate
• Work directly with teams to:
  • Initiate project work
  • Manage client workflow and prioritization
  • Attend appropriate client meetings
  • Ensure compliance to company brand, style guide and logo guidelines
  • Manage toward tight deadlines
  • Track project milestones and costs
  • Provide quality assurance and quality control of projects
  • Complete reporting on all projects in workflow system

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have at least 5-7 years of project coordination experience in digital, creative, advertising, and/or marketing, including agency experience or in-house creative department experience
• Experience with events, internal and external creative agencies, and video and web project management a plus

SKILLS:

• Must be proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Must be proficient with workflow (Workfront preferred) and digital asset management software

• Must have strong project coordination skills
• Positive, flexible problem-solver, exhibiting grace under pressure
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is constantly seeking better ways to get things done
• Must possess effective and efficient written and verbal communication
  
  skills and be comfortable working across teams in a matrixed organization
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment
• Must be able to drive projects through to completion
