We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of CEO and HR basic functions. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess a high level of discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential information.
*This job is working remotely, but the candidate is preferred living in NJ/NY due to the nature of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO with variety of routine business;
- Manage the basic functions of HR, including recruiting, performance management, company events, and termination;
- Effectively manage the calendar and coordinate all internal/external meetings while liaising with relevant parties;
- Manage company personnel files and keep employee’s data and status up-to-date;
- Maintain a professional relationship with all levels of Management across our branches and provide support when needed;
- Screen/manage incoming correspondence and respond to any general inquiries as necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least an Associate’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field;
- Work experience in related field will be a plus;
- Capability to wear multiple hats and support all internal departments when necessary;
- Ability to exhibit professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in a good business manner;
- A self-learner and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
