The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an immersive development experience to build your leadership, general management, population health, operations, and growth skills. The LDP program is one of the ways Oak Street invests in building high-performance leaders on the cutting edge of value-based healthcare delivery.
As a part of the LDP, you will build partnerships across teams and disciplines through your day-to-day work and through special projects. The program, which lasts for 24 months, consists of regular small and large group training sessions on important topics and a high level of exposure to senior leadership via a formal mentorship program.
