As the Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Maintaining the HRIS database including data entry;
Ensuring employee records are up to date & in compliance;
Interface with management staff of all levels regarding the status of employee s records;
Tracking statistical information;
Scheduling and maintaining the CHRO s schedule;
Running reports & follow-up as needed;
Managing HR projects;
Coordinating training events;
Coordinating deadlines with management;
Drafting/constructing letters and memo s as needed;
Opening and distributing mail;
Assisting with answering phones;
Greeting & directing guests;
Assist with a board meeting a minimum of one evening per year;
Provide support to the HR department to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Two (2) years of office/clerical/data entry experience; Knowledge of business office operations, including filing, database maintenance, and administrative clerical operations;
Prior HR experience a plus!;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Minimum of 55 WPM;
Valid driver s license in good standing
