We are seeking a Director of People Operations to guide and oversee the people operations function and define our goals and standards, with a focus on systems, compliance, payroll, and benefits. This includes managing HR systems and software, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing and administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment law. The Director of People Operations will work closely with other members of the people team to serve employees, members, and stakeholders and create an environment where people thrive.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, net disposable income, and performance. The range listed is one component of Obran’s total compensation package for employees/members. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Cooperative Membership, and an open Paid Time Off policy.
