Under minimum supervision, performs accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and Human Resource duties
Handles payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information on a bi-weekly basis.
Computes and records payroll data as scheduled.
Maintains payroll records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provides payroll information regarding merit increases to managers as requested.
Ensures that payroll functions are performed in accordance with established polices and procedures.
Completes assigned reporting functions involving new hires, terminations, and administering the employee benefit package.
Processes employment verification forms.
Ensures that the human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company polices and procedures.
