You will be working with some of the most widely recognized and respected insurance brands in America, #1 being Farmers Insurance. Our agency is trained from the top 1% Farmers Insurance Agents. We want to add our next Rock Star Agent to work our incoming direct mail leads, internet leads, and learn other marketing strategies to help you excel! We understand that it takes time to build a business, to develop the proper skills and understanding, and to excel in this field. We provide our Agents with ongoing training and support on their path to success so they can best serve our customers!
Salary Range: $12.00 – $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English & Spanish or English & Portugeuse would help you excel with our market
