Range: $55-65k
Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining project data within Project Cost System (PCS)
- Initiates invoicing to clients, revenue forecasts, and monthly budget modifications for purposes of monthly revenue recognition
- Meets weekly with Operational Groups to obtain data for updates in PCS
- Various project analyses—postmortem analysis of closed projects
- Assistance in various aspects of monthly financial closing, as needed by CFO
- Maintain construction ledgers for capital assets
- Handle all transactions in Sage Fixed Assets—capitalization of assets, retirements, etc.
- Assist with outside accounting audits & data for tax return preparation with outside consultants
- Special projects as assigned by CFO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
- Analytical aptitude
- Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
- Knowledge of Sage 100 Financial Systems & Sage Fixed Assets a plus
- Excellent communication skills
