Our Taskmaverick team is looking to hire a dynamic Junior HR Paralegal to lead and consistently convert business training manuals, company policies, and industry regulations into precise and concise actionable instructions and training content. The job involves researching, reviewing and converting materials in every targeted industry into missions with clear instructions and alerts. The paralegal should be skilled at reducing complex language and long paragraphs into clear and concise training lessons or work instructions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. You will also need to be able to multitask effectively and essentially thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment. You must be a fast learner, self-motivated and able to work productively in and out of an office setting with limited direction.
