onsemi is seeking an experienced, self-driven, and highly motivated recruiting leader to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be based at the company headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona but will help lead a geographically dispersed team of recruiters across the United States.
As a Director of Talent Acquisition at onsemi, you will have the opportunity to lead several functions within the recruiting team. This role will focus on working with our pre-onboarding team, lead the sourcing team, manage background checks, develop, and drive the vendor management program and lead the recruiting marketing program, amongst other key areas within Talent acquisition. This will be in collaboration with the lead recruiting team, senior business leaders and HR business partners on current and future hiring needs. You will drive creative sourcing strategies to ensure we are consistently attracting and hiring top talent.
