One Direct Health Network Hiring for Medical Service Representative Job at Lafayette, LA Full Time

The medical service representative (MSR) will be responsible for delivery, setup and training of T-REX Range of Motion and Nice cold compression products to both patient homes and hospitals. MSR will assist regional sales managers with logistics, warehouse organization, inventory control and account maintenance. Position will transition into a sales role when growth dictates.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

• Builds effective patient relationships while adhering to One Direct Health Network training standards and usage protocols.
• Maintain adequate inventory within local warehouse/ storage facility
• Ensure that all devices and One Direct property are clean, organized and in proper working condition.
• Properly schedules patient deliveries, education, follow-up and pickups within a set time
• Assists regional sales representative with logistics and inventory control
• Collects and submits delivery and pickup tickets from each patient
• Follows up with patients to resolves issues and maintain compliance.
• Follows safety and compliance policies of organization
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Physical Therapy training or background. Experienced Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Sports Therapist Assistant or EMT. Sports/ personal trainer. DME/ HME experience is a plus.

This position is 1099 and paid out weekly. Opportunity to take on fast growing market to set-up patients in the Lafayette area. Great opportunity for Military Veteran.
