ONE (Open Network Exchange) Hiring for HR Administrator at Scottsdale, AZ Full Time

Description: Summary:
Responsible to work in multiple aspects of the Human Resources functions including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits, HRIS, performance reviews, company policies, training. Works closely with HR Business Partner providing support in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Screen inbound resumes
• Assist with coordination of onboard training and travel required to attend training
• Bi-monthly manual reconciliation of hours billed
• Build and retain strong relationships with ONE’s most valued business partners

Requirements: Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience required
• Prior Human Resources experience preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Experience with high volume staffing with critical timelines to be met
• Ability to work independently and make decisions decisively
