OneSparQ is looking for a HR Administrator for one of the largest mortgage companies in the country. The position is located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Understanding of Microsoft Office
· Energetic, organized and detail oriented
Additional Skills:
· Experience with ADP
Job Responsibilities:
· Work closely with leadership to provide HR Support
· Assist with onboarding of new employees
· Collaborate with multiple internal teams to complete paperwork for termination of employees
· Work with employees and managers to answer any general questions
