The Manager of Operations serves a key role in the ongoing success of our Medi-Spa, Acupuncture, and Fitness Operations. With a focus on effectively project managing new service and product launches through completion. The position requires a strong degree of organization and cross-department collaboration to achieve key results.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Inventory management. Work with supply chain on proactive inventory management processes, procedures, and reports to ensure all ships maintain sufficient stock levels onboard to achieve key results. Collaborate with Directors of Operations to align Medi-Spa supplemental orders with Spa orders for delivery cost-savings. Manage expiring and spoiled Medi-Spa items eligible for reimbursement claims to vendors.
Technology equipment.Ensure key equipment is operational, prioritizing service and support vendor for efficient recovery when malfunctions are reported. Optimize customer support reporting procedures between shipboard teams and vendors.
New service and product launch.Manage assigned Medi-Spa, Acupuncture, and Fitness new initiatives that go on board. This will include marketing, the development of policy and procedures, delivery of product, environmental and hazardous material compliance, training, implementation, and initiative tracking.
