Opportunity: OneStream Networks has an opportunity for a Project Manager (PM) which is responsible for managing projects across all product lines. The PM is part of the OneStream Networks’ global service delivery (GSD) team to achieve operational excellence and extreme customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager has the responsibility to the timely delivery of a successful project through collaboration with all internal and external resources and stakeholders. This position requires problem solving, prioritization, ability to make decisions and to work well under pressure. Must exercise leadership and be an effective motivator. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and must work well with others in a professional environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Engage all resources through discovery sessions in effort to understand customer needs and develop common goals to deploy voice and/or data services.
2. Apply strategic thinking to collaboration efforts with the desired result of achieving set goals.
3. Responsible for collecting and documenting all requirements necessary to fulfill the solution.
4. Continuously communicate with the customer and all project stakeholders and facilitate any/all meetings as often as necessary.
5. Identify and work to overcome any/all obstacles that could jeopardize the project or cause delay.
6. Work with and maintain good relationships with internal peers, management and external vendors and carriers to ensure goals are met.
7. Coordinate and schedule all events throughout the project leading up to and including the execution of a full and successful implementation.
8. Manage all number porting activity for new and existing customers
9. Manage number activity for DIDs, toll free numbers on both a domestic and international level.
10. Work with internal departments to ensure provisioning and billing elements are accurate.
11. Provide timely status to all stakeholders and update all internal systems.
12. Deliver a customer completion package to include all necessary information on how to do business with OneStream Networks.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project and the ability to learn company specific proprietary software systems.
Education/Experience:
Associates degree (A.S.) Telecommunication from two-year college or university; or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School diploma or GED and three years of telecommunication experience preferably in Operations or Customer Service; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Requirements: An in-depth understanding of voice/data telecommunications products, switching topology, network architectures and trouble ticket system knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
· Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills required
· Demonstrated organizational, facilitation, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills
· Ability to work independently on multiple assignments with exceptional attention to detail required
· Must be a team player and work well with others in a highly technical environment
· Must be self-motivated and highly adaptable to change
· Must possess a high level of self-initiative, drive, and motivation along with organizational skills
· Must be able to effectively communicate across all departments throughout the organization from highly technical development staff to executive levels
· Must possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
· Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, peers, and third party vendors
