OnTECH Charter High School Hiring for High School Social Studies Teacher Job at Syracuse, NY Full Time

We are seeking a full-time, certified teacher to lead instruction in Social Studies for the 2021-2022 school year. OnTECH is a community high school where teachers collaborate to deliver an engaging experience for their students. OnTECH teachers have a growth mindset, are champions of educational equity and are committed to creative ways of meeting the needs of all students. This teacher would be teaching an introduction to agriculture science for 9th grade students.

Job Requirements:

• Teaching certification in Social Studies preferred.
• Out of state Teaching Certificate with willingness to complete NYS certification.
• New York State Teaching Certificate.
• Experience in Project Based Learning and in non-traditional education preferred.

• Experience a plus.
